1. OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and are aware of this Privacy Policy, granting your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms set forth herein.

COM3 Systems may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential, or interpretive developments from the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These privacy conditions may be supplemented by the Legal Notice, Cookie Policy, and the General Terms and Conditions that, where applicable, are set out for specific products or services, if such access involves any special provisions regarding the protection of personal data.
 

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing we carry out of your personal data serves the following purposes:
– To provide you with information related to the products and services offered by COM3 Systems as detailed on this website.
– To carry out the contracting of our services through the acceptance of the corresponding quotation/order and/or the signing of a commercial contract.
– To send you news and updates about COM3 Systems by email and/or postal mail, as well as updates to our product and service catalogue.
 

2.1. Data Retention Period
We will retain your personal data from the time you give your consent until you revoke it or request the restriction of processing. In such cases, we will keep your data blocked for the legally required periods.

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent granted through a positive and affirmative action (filling out the corresponding form and checking the acceptance box for this policy) at the time you provide us with your personal data.

By filling out the forms, checking the "I accept the Privacy Policy" box, and clicking to submit the data, or by sending emails to COM3 Systems through the enabled accounts, the User declares that they have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and grants their unequivocal and express consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes indicated.
 

3.2. Categories of data
The data collected falls under the category of identifying data, such as: Name and Surname, Telephone, Postal Address, Company, Email, as well as the IP address from which you access the data collection form.
 

4. SECURITY MEASURES

As part of our commitment to guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organisational measures have been adopted to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, in accordance with Art. 32 of the EU GDPR 679/2016.
 

5. DATA TRANSFERS

No data transfers or international transfers of your data are foreseen, except for those authorised by tax, commercial, and telecommunications legislation, as well as in those cases where required by a judicial authority.
 

6. USER RIGHTS

Any data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defence of claims. For reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. The Data Controller will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
In accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights: the right to request access to your personal data, the right to request its rectification or deletion, the right to request restriction of its processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and likewise the right to revoke the consent granted.

7. CONSENT FOR SENDING ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Likewise, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, by completing the data collection form and checking the corresponding box "I accept the sending of electronic communications", you are granting express consent for us to send information about COM3 Systems to your email address, telephone, fax, or other electronic means.
