Ensure that employees are qualified to perform their duties and establish ongoing training programmes that guarantee work is done well, under safe conditions, with respect for the environment and with information security conditions ensured.

Remain committed to constantly adapting to new products/services and new technologies, staying at their forefront and applying the best techniques available in the sector for sound environmental management.

Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and other requirements to which the organisation subscribes, as well as our clients' requirements and expectations.

Involve, motivate and engage staff, and consider their opinions, to encourage their participation in the Management System and in pollution prevention.

Avoid risks and assess those that could not be eliminated, tackling them at their source.

Plan occupational risk prevention by achieving a coherent approach that integrates technology, organisation and everything related to working conditions, establishing the mechanisms needed to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to our employees.

Integrate all policies into company management so that directors, technical staff, managers and employees assume their assigned responsibilities.

Ensure that all personnel with managerial responsibilities provide appropriate working conditions for the employees under their supervision, involving them so that they carry out their duties responsibly with regard to health and environmental protection, while seeking client satisfaction.

Inform and train our employees about the risks inherent in their work and the means and measures to adopt for their prevention, and establish procedures that allow consultation and participation by employees and, where they exist, employee representatives.

Thoroughly analyse accidents and incidents that have occurred to prevent their recurrence.

Review the company's strategy so that it serves as the basis for planning objectives.

Encourage and strengthen research, development and innovation (R&D&I) activities as a differentiating factor in competitiveness in the sectors in which the company operates.

Maintain, as the company's principal guideline, the progressive achievement of continuous improvement in our activities and quality in client service.

Make this Management Policy available to the relevant interested parties.
