St. Patrick’s Day is coming–get your green food coloring ready! Slashfood provides a history of St. Patrick’s Day food and Daily Fork examines contemporary Irish fare (hint: it’s not just “overly starchy potato dishes”). Susi’s Kochen und Backen Adventures makes glazed corned beef, which she says is tastier than the traditional boiled version. Notecook concocts a pretty light green punch.
